Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty (the "Warranty") is issued by Sktrbro. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and independent of your legal rights as a purchaser of the Products. This Warranty does not affect those rights.

Before your first ride, please read the manual included with each Product. The manual contains important safety information and information about assembly, use and maintenance.

As explained in more detail below, Sktrbro warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase, when used normally in accordance with Sktrbro's published guidelines. Guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. "Original Retail Purchase" means new products purchased directly from Sktrbro. Some warranty coverage may be transferred to subsequent owners, as detailed below.

What’s Covered?

We offer warranty protection for non-human-caused manufacturer defects, including:

Decks: Cracking, delamination, or structural breaks
Trucks: Casting flaws or breakage without external damage
Wheels: Cracks, bubbles, or damage unrelated to normal wear
Bearings: Jammed or non-functioning bearings without external damage
Hardware: Missing screws, defective grip tape, or installation flaws

Not Covered

Some things are just part of the ride. This warranty does not cover:

Standard wear and tear (scratches, worn grip, paint chips)
Breakage from impact, failed landings, or misuse
Damage caused by exposure to water, heat, or chemicals
Issues after unauthorized modifications or improper assembly
Any “snapped decks” from hard riding or improper technique

How We Handle It

If your product qualifies under warranty, we’ll take care of it:

Replace damaged parts (like trucks or wheels)
Ship you a new deck (if available and structurally defective)
Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the case

How to Submit a Claim

You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the item. Here’s how:

Include the following:

Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
A short description of the problem and when it occurred

We'll review your claim and respond within 1–3 business days. If accepted, we’ll provide the return address via email. Please don’t send anything back without confirmation.

Skateboarding is a high-impact sport. Gear wears out, boards break — that’s part of leveling up. While we’ve got your back for defects, the real ride is built by your skill, not by staying in the box.
